Perda Liana (Gairo)

Perda Liana Mountain (1293mt) dominates the whole territory and is visible from far away. Around the mountain there are limestone rocks, some of them very large in size, which have fallen from the summit. Only expert mountain climbers can reach the top, but the view from the foot of the mountain is breathtaking as well: looking northwards you can see the southern face of  the Gennargentu mountains, southwards there is the spectacular view of the State Forest of Montarbu Plateau. The plateau is crossed by river beds, the deepest of which is Rio Pardu.
