In this corner of Sardinia is one of the most beautiful and wildest valleys, enclosed within sheer cliffs and century-old evergreen oaks. “Sa Juntura”: where the torrents, coming from the spectacular  canyons of Orbisi and Flumineddu and the cave of Donini, meet on their way towards Gorroppu. During periods of heavy rain the pressure forces the water out of the Donini cave creating an impressive waterfall, several metres high( Su Cunnu’e S’Ebba). Here, the river is surrounded by oleander bushes and pebble beaches where one can relax
