I Tacchi d'Ogliastra (Gairo, Jerzu, Osini, Ulassai, Ussassai, Seui)

The Tacchi are uplands of calcareous origin with sheer vertical walls standing out against the neighbouring mountains. They are the most original element of the this area of 28 km, with a landscape that cannot be found in other areas of Ogliastra, or in the whole island. In this territory we can find the Tacco in Monte Tisiddu, the Monte Arquerì, the Tacco Arba of Ussassai, the Monte Lumburau, the Taccu Anguil'e Ferru and Punta Corongiu of Jerzu.
